Pharmacists and founders Ather and Farhad took the reins of Bruntsfield Pharmacy & Travel and Health Clinic at 23 years of age. Both newly qualified, they brought fresh energy and a clear vision: design every decision around patients and customers, and results will follow. At Bruntsfield Pharmacy, they built a model prioritising clinical quality and genuine care: efficient dispensing, proactive communication, innovative services with flexible appointments, and a team culture anchored in empathy and accountability. They modernised systems, standardised best practice, and embedded continuous improvement into the daily rhythm. The results arrived quickly. Patient satisfaction rose. Word of mouth spread.
